Heavy Flash Light Simulator (HFLS)
The Heavy Flash Light Simulator (HFLS) simulates the ignition flash of an explosion. It is designed to
be an add-on for TTS target equipment and simulators.
The HFLS is using a high capacity capacitor, which will charge to a voltage of
450V in order to supply very high flash light volume to a xenon lamp. The system has been designed to be visible
during daylight even when flashing against a dark reflector such as painted
plywood board from a distance of at least 1 mile. It can be used to flash
against smoke clouds produced from the EFS/VHI thus increasing visibility and
simulation effects.
At a glance:
- Visible during daylight
- Non-pyrotechnical
- Environmental friendly
