Heavy SATs serve typically on combined arms and multi purpose ranges, and simulate appearing and disappearing tank targets. The powerful hydraulic drive endows the SAT with an enormous lifting capacity and a smooth and sturdy lifting process even at large target silhouettes.

Although extra powerful, our universal target lifter remains deployable and can be carried by four field service personnel. Due to its stabile protection frame installation does not require much groundwork. In its typical version it can operate battery powered and remains independent from any infrastructure defaults. Once brought out in any battlefield scenario or tank or anti armor training range it vigorously presents almost any armor target silhouette.

At a glance:

  • For full-scale flank tank targets
  • Sturdy, strong and reliable
  • Very low clearance
  • Steadfast and repositionable
  • Stackable
  • Environmental friendly due to in-house hydraulics

NATO forces have purchased more than 1,250 large SAT units so far.

The Stationary Armor Target - Heavy is also referred to as PKS, Panzerklappscheibe, Heavy Tank Lifter, TTM.
