Support is offered from 9 am to 4 pm GMT+1 (Berlin), Monday to Friday.

During these hours, you can expect your e-mail support request to be answered within 2 working days.  The support system is monitored during weekends and holidays, but response times will vary.

If you need help with our software please feel free to contact TTS Software Engineers.
 
Spare Parts
TTS will supply spare parts on short notice to keep your equipment up and running.
