Support is offered from 9 am to 4 pm GMT+1 (Berlin), Monday to
Friday.
During these hours, you can expect your e-mail support request to be answered within 2 working days. The support system is monitored during weekends and holidays, but response times will vary.

- If you need help with our software please feel free to contact TTS Software Engineers.
- Spare Parts
- TTS will supply spare parts on short notice to keep your equipment up and running.
